Lost, baby!! Damn, this season has been a monster roller coaster ride, eh? Sure, there have been some glaring continuity issues (remember when Jack said that Locke told him lots of bad things happened when he left the Island and that he needed to go back to save everyone? Turns out that never happened...)
But one thing is for sure, everyone loves Desmond. He's about the only character on the show, besides Hurley, that everyone loves. Everyone is on his side. Everyone except this lady who is suing him for sexual harassment. From TMZ.com-

This is bullshit. You even you said yourself that everyone loves Desmond. This bitch just wanted our boy Cusick and when she was denied her objective of her lust she went nuts. She says that "HE" put his head into her breast and shook it from side to side. What really happened was she GRABBED his head and shoved it into her breast and said make like a motor boat bitch. He fought her but she said he grabbed her ass. Everyone knows that the weakest part of a woman is her buttocks and that if you moan it scares them. He was using these tactics to escape. Which he was successful but to no avail because the crazy bitch is suing him. Come on lady, everyone knows Desmond loves Penny and their child. He don't want you Ho. There you go. The bitch is a lair but it don't matter cause Desmond is going to go back and correct it later this season.
